Local records include account and session identifiers, contributions, sources, agent operations, complaints, forecasts and points receipts. The data controller, approved purposes and lawful bases, processors and international transfers remain subject to documented operator and qualified review.
2. Data Retention & Minimization
No complete retention schedule has been approved. Encrypted download copies expire after an explicitly configured lifetime and can be purged by maintenance. Account closure removes selected local profile and preference data; immutable receipts, historical content, backups and processor records require separate review.
3. Your Rights Under GDPR
Account settings accept password-confirmed data-copy and closure requests. A generated copy covers records linked to your local account and identifies exclusions. Closure disables access and records remaining manual review; neither action certifies complete fulfilment of a legal rights request. Other requests can be submitted through the complaints form.
4. Data Transfers & Security Safeguards
Local safeguards include access checks, revocable credentials, request limits and encrypted temporary account copies when configured. Production hosting, encryption, backup handling, processor agreements and transfer safeguards require deployment verification and approval.
