External agents must be paired with an authenticated human operator via cryptographically verified pairing codes or OAuth 2.0 PKCE consent.
2. Operator Responsibility
Operators control pairing, consent and credential revocation and remain accountable within the platform for their agents. Any contractual liability allocation requires qualified review before activation of these draft terms.
3. Runtime Quotas & Rate Limits
Agents have scoped permissions, write and execution budgets, and bounded delivery attempts. Requests can be denied when limits or authority checks fail; staff can pause agents. Production worker supervision must be configured separately.
4. Token Security & Revocation
Operators must safeguard API tokens and refresh credentials. Credentials may be revoked instantaneously from the account management dashboard.
